Refund policy

Please process all returns & size exchanges here: Penelope’s of Otaki

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Penelope's of Otaki, but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund on any full priced goods that are returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. This includes goods purchased using a discount code. Clearance items and earrings are non refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it with the tag still attached.  

To return your garment for a refund, please include the completed refund paperwork supplied with your order and use our reusable compostable bag that the garment was sent to you in. 

Unfortunately, refunds may not apply if:
- Any item is not in its original condition,
- Has been damaged,
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days from the original date of purchase.

Refunds:
Your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment as soon as we have received the garment instore. Please process all returns here: Penelope’s of Otaki Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: 
We will happily exchange items if you require a different size or if they arrive to you defective. Please process all size exchanges here: Penelope’s of Otaki
If the size you are after isn't available on the website please email: penelopesofotaki@xtra.co.nz or call: 06 364 8022 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge.
